Ingredients:

1 cup brewed Teko Yerba Mate (chilled)

½ cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

½ banana

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Ice cubes

 

Preparation:

1. Brew Teko Yerba Mate and let it cool in the refrigerator.

2. In a blender, combine the chilled yerba mate, mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.

3. Add a handful of ice cubes to achieve a frosty texture.

4. Blend until smooth.
