My dad and I grew up drinking tereré in Paraguay. It was part of our everyday life.
Years later, while in college, I was looking for something I could drink daily that felt clean, tasty, and healthy.
Most options felt extreme — overloaded with caffeine or built around sweetness.

We Built What We Wanted To Drink
We wanted something we’d actually look forward to drinking every day — healthy, genuinely tasty, and true to where we come from.
So we set clear standards: Clean, non-smoked leaves, Real flavor, No sugar, No shortcuts.

THE SETBACK
We Started Over
We spent over a year developing the first version of Teko. Then we realized something wasn’t right.
The supplier we were working with was adding artificial ingredients that didn’t align with the standards we had set.
We ended the partnership and started from scratch — delaying our launch by more than a year.
