Return Policy

We want you to love your Teko experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your order number.

To start a return, simply email us at santiago@drinkteko.com and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll cover return shipping costs if the issue was on our end (like a damaged or incorrect item). Otherwise, you’ll just need to pay for the return shipping.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, send us a photo and your order number — we’ll make it right.

  • We’ll provide the return shipping address once your request is approved.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center and is accepted by the shipping carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Teko. Ownership of the package transfers to the customer and the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your tracking information shows Delivered but you did not receive your package, it may have been:

Mis-delivered to a nearby address

Placed in a secure location (porch, side door, lobby, parcel locker)

Picked up by someone in your household or building

Stolen after delivery


We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as Delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please email us at santiago@drinkteko.com with your order number and we will:

1. Provide any available tracking details


2. Assist you in filing a Missing Mail Search or lost package claim with the carrier


3. Help guide next steps based on the carrier’s investigation

We recommend:

Double checking your shipping address at checkout

Using a secure package delivery location

Using USPS “Informed Delivery” for delivery notifications

Considering a P.O. Box or parcel locker if package theft is common in your area

4. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Depending on your bank, funds may take 7–14 business days to appear.
