Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note: Processing time is separate from transit time.


Shipping Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

Transit times vary depending on destination. USPS Ground delivery typically ranges between 2–5 business days, but may vary by location.


Delivery Timeframes

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We may not be able to modify the address once the order has shipped.

  • Returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be refunded.

  • Reshipment may require additional shipping charges.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Verify the shipping address.
